Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel your registration, refunds minus an administration fee of $40 are provided up to 1 month of the training start date.  

  1. In the event that our parent organization, Enhanced Recovery and Wellness, LLC cancels a scheduled training date or professional development consultation, we will refund all registration fees paid by participants in full.
  2. In the event Enhanced Recovery and Wellness, LLC reschedules a training date or professional development consultation, registered participants have the option to transfer to the new training date at no charge or request a full refund of registration fees paid.  
  3. All cancellations must be submitted by email to info@enhancedrecoverywellness.com by the deadline date, 1 month prior to the training start date. Refunds minus an administration fee of $40.00 are provided until this deadline. 
  4. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received after the deadline, or after 1 month prior to the training start date. Cancellation requests received after the deadline may choose to transfer to a later training date rather than forfeit registration fees. Please note, there is a strict no refund policy on transferred registrations.
