Welcome to the Enhanced Recovery After Delivery® Trauma-Informed Maternal Health Scholarship

Meet the Founder

Meet Lindsey Vestal, OTR/L, Owner of The Functional Pelvis and Founder of the Trauma-Informed Maternal Health Scholarship

"I created this scholarship because we need more providers who are not only clinically skilled, but deeply committed to changing the culture of postpartum care. Too many people recover in silence and without access to the education, support, or tools they deserve. This scholarship is about breaking that cycle. It’s about equipping compassionate professionals who are ready to lead, to listen, and to advocate for recovery that’s not just faster, but fuller....physically, emotionally, and functionally."
